1. ABIS d. o. o. Ljubljana undertakes to carry out the training on the terms and conditions set out in the offer. In the event of insufficient occupancy, we reserve the right to reduce the number of lessons, increase the course fee accordingly or cancel the course, and to refund any course fee paid without interest. Prices for language courses are in euros. Literature is not included in the price.

2. I, the above-named student, hereby enrol on the course and undertake to pay the tuition fees according to the terms and conditions of the price list, to pay interest for late payment and, in the event of cancellation of the course, to notify the provider in writing and to pay the relevant costs.
